The Photographer
Hi! I'm Mykayla (she / her), founder of Arcane Exposures! I am a Northern Ontario photographer located in Sudbury, Ontario.
I've been behind a camera since I've been about 13 years old and fell in love with boudoir self-portraiture about 4 years ago.
In my adulthood and since transplanting myself from the GTA to northern Ontario I have gotten to work/integrate closely with the kink, sex work, and lifestyle communities- largely attributed to a job within the adult retail sector- and I thrived. I love intimacy, I love seeing people relax into vulnerability, and I love seeing people feel passionate about themselves.
I tell people all the time that, "I can't work boring jobs!" and here I am to capture and curate your experience of loving yourself.
I thrive on body neutrality and inclusivity. Dress up, dress down, be masuline, be feminine, I dont care - just be a good human and be yourself!
P.S. I've never seen Schitt's Creek but it's a good quote ;)
